BCM450 R1 Missing Mailboxes???

Hey All...

I have a customer who just transfered keycodes from a DEAD 450 1.0 to a new one...the Keycodes show as 48 Voicemail users...they are showing active...all services are running correctly, but when I go to the actual CallPilot, it only shows 32 Mboxes available...and when I try and add them they just vanish...in addition I can only get 2 mailboxes to actually work...I'm thinking possible H/D corruption but would welcome any other thoughts or ideas. Just to follow up my own post since no one had any ideas...lol

Turns out they were using a backup of the previous switch...when they restored it...away went the mailboxes and the trouble began...they did a cold restart, were able to program things up...they tried to restore the file again and they went back to the same problem.

So long story short, a corrupted backup caused the issue. Did a second cold restart and reprogrammed everything from scratch and it's all set.
