I have 2 BCM450 R5 tied together via MCDN voip trunks (H323).
Each site has its own PRI.
I know we can set up Fallback to PSTN, but is it possible to do the opposite?
Phase I and Phase II.
Phase I is very busy and the PRI usually gets max'd out.
When no more lines are available, I would like the calls to automatically route through the MCDN trunks, then out the remote PRI.
I have set it up where it is possible to complete a call out via MCDN then out the remote (Phase II) PRI manually by dialing the correct destination code (dest code 8, instead of 9, routes calls out the remote PRI).
I have programmed the "fallback" service for 24 hours a day.
Then assigned the alternate routes but still cannot get it to work.
