BCM450 Pro and Cons of Centralized Voicemail

Just curious if anyone had any opinions on the Pro and Cons of centralized voicemail
 
Pros - One system to manage, One centralized Auto Attendant wherein callers can dial by name to subscribers at any site, You can purchase the unlimited seat license and get 1000 boxes for the price of 150 or somewhere around there.

Cons - Increased network traffic, same shortcomings as distributed systems with Express Messaging to users at a site other than host
 
And the system that is connected to the main VM does not have use of the VM features.
