I'm the IT Manager for a growing company and have no previous experience with this equipment. I've managed so far but I've run into a snag on this little annoyance. We've recently switched service provides for our phone system from Century Link to Brighthouse. Now, whenever a customer calls in all the phones on the HG for the line dialed ring for a split second before the AA picks up and the customer hears the menu. It was comical at first watching all the people look around after the half rings but they want it fixed now =p. Anyone have any ideas?
