New 450 install.
I enter the 10 digit DID phone number as the OLI for each station.
Calls made from digital or IP station show the OLI as the caller ID information as they should

Analog stations (phones, faxes, polycom) etc look right in programming but no matter what I enter in the OLI it does not change on the caller ID. When you make an outside call the person you are calling only gets the Caller-ID info that the LEC provides (the main number for the site) and not the OLI info I am entering.

This is true for both analog ports and digital ports connected to an ATA2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Am I forgetting something simple?

On all my recent Bcm450 installations i had to setup faxes using GASM and it always work.Is your Bcm patched?
Do you have a spare slot to try a GASM?
I'll remember to try an ATA-2 on my next install.

Sorry it took me a couple days to get back on.

Yep Patched.

The analog ports are GASM. Used an ATA-2 just to test what would happen.

I guess it should make me feel great that when I post a problem no one ever finds a solution. I guess it means I am solving the easy stuff myself.

The 450 is pretty new and we are all just experancing it un like the BCM's that have been out for a while. But it should send out OLI if it is programed. There must be a problem with the connection of analog ports tp your 450. Nortel time!

Thanks for the quick response. I will be opening a ticket with them. Once I find a solution I will post what I find out.

Thanks.
