We are having a weird problem over our phone network. We are losing the RTP (voice) when we reach the voicemail of a transferback call to the originating systems, the caller is getting (Air) instead of the voicemail message.
Setup is as followed;
Site A: BCM450 R6 MCDN & 8 Voip Trunk
Site B: BCM50 R6 MCDN & 6 Voip Trunk
Site C: BCM50 R6 MCDN & 3 Voip Trunk
All on VPN
Situation;
A Caller call Site B > the receptionist pickup call at site A using Voip trunk > receptionnist transfers the call back to site B > 4 rings then nothing..... bcm monitor shows that RTP sessions has ended.
If Site B pick up the call on las sequence then the MCDN does its job and VoIP trunks gets released,
If Site A calls a Site B DNs and reaches the DNs mailbox, it works fine thru the voip trunk...but not B>A>B or B>C>A or B>A>C
Please help... is there an option I haven't checked, enable network is there, tried TAT, TRO enabled, disabled... now I am stuck....
