BCM450 loosing programing on target lines

Hi all
I have a BCM450 which is making a strange problem
I program tarket lines for the extensions they work and then it just stop to work.
To solve this I have to clear the tarket line and reprogram the incoming number to a different tarket line.
But this keeps happening randomly to different extensions and number of tarket lines.
What do you think the disk maybe?

You need to start looking at the alarm section to see if anything odd has been happening.

You need to find out if you has do a full backup OK, check the BCM 450 patching levels in case an update was done to solve your problem. The 450 came in 3 versions, 1.0, 5.0 and 6.0.
