bcm450 log files

question: Can the bcm log files be accessed and opened by anyone or does it have to be avaya support, this is for a bcm450 system
crashes every saturday approx at 4 in the afternoon.

They can be opened by anyone who has Element Manager loaded. I use EM to unzip the log files.

the thing is logs are password protected in bcm450, i believe..so you may not investigate the all logs
