BCM450 keeps rebooting by itself

Every 2-3 days, this BCM450 just goes down, for no apparent reason. These are some of the errors:

54005 Mrs:: Shutting down due to MPS communication failure

53005 Mgs:: Shutting down due to MPS communication failure

43011 Lost connectivity to the switch

52004 **ERROR** FUMP channel not ready;MPS service aborted


Has anybody experienced this problem?
Any causes or solutions?
It is patch current.

Yes it has happened to one of my systems. It started after I changed the hard drive to address a different ptoblem. I changed out the whole system minus the BFT and so far so good. Exact same errors you mentioned plus a lot more.

Wondering if this could be related to a bad AC power outlet..
I will change it just to make sure..
Other than replacing the whole system, what could cause this system and how could it be fixed?

Mine was on a new UPS when it started giving us problems so I don't believe that was the issue. One thing I noticed on BCM Monitor when I was having the restarts the media resources were 100 percent utilized whereas after the box was replaced resources are at 74% with the same hardware connected.
