BCM450 ICC Reporting

Can someone assist with explaining the options available for being able to create reports on skillsets and agents.
BCM450 R5.0 currently has ICC configured but I would like some reporting ability. Do I need RCC which I understand is installed on a seperate server? Is this my only option?
