I have two questions that I can't seem to find an answer to anywhere on our BCM450:
1) We have had an employee leave so we need to forward his extension to a manager before we hire someone new. Using the regular call forward internally, works perfectly. When calling into our primary number, it forwards to the correct extension (the manager) and if the manager doesn't pick up, it goes to the old employee's voicemail. Is there a way to "fully transfer" the call to the manager's phone and have the voicemail left on the manager's voicemail?
2) I was sitting in an employee's office the other day. Every time he receives a voicemail, he gets a call from 501 alerting him to a new voicemail. His is the only extension in the office that has that issue. I can't seem to find anything that would cause that issue.
