1. When connecting Norstar Expansion Modules to the FEM is there a specific rhyme or reason to how the ports on the Norstar Fiber Expension Modules get numbered.

For example, if I have an 0x16 FSM connected to port 2 of an FEM in slot 1 of the main cabinet would the port numbering be 1201-1216?

2. Previously a fully provisioned FEM would take up all of the DS30 buses. It looks like that is no longer the case. Am I right?

Thanks in advance. I don't yet have a BCM450 in my lab to test this out and I am working with someone in another city that is clueless. I can't just walk over to the system and check where everything is plugged in. I spent some time going through the documentation first but I could not find this answer there. I try not to post the things I can figure out myself in the lab or with the docs.
