BCM450 External Call Forward

Have a new 450 Rel 5.0 and am trying to call forward some 7208 sets externally. I have allow redirect checked and have 2 intercom buttons on the sets. When I do F4, it asks me were I want to forward it to so I put in my nember 9-XXX-XXX-XXXX but the display just sits there and eventually times out.

What am I doing wrong?

Never mind......figured it out.

Once you enter your destination, you have to push the hold button on a 7208 for it to be invoked.
