Hi gents
A customer has a BCM450 R1 and it is has the latest SU 13 and desktop 006
Since install nearly 12 months ago there has been an intermitent issue where a user (any user at any time) cannot leave an internal message on someone elses Call Pilot mailbox when dialing internally,the in/out calls are not affected. This only last for a couple of hours then goes on its own.
Has anyone come accross this before or have any suggestions.
