BCM450 dialing issue

BCM450 R6. I have a customer with 2 sites, both identical BCMs. They recently wanted to change their dial out from 9 to 8. Simple change of destination code from 9A to 8A. It works fine in one, but in the other, the "5" wild card is unchecked and cannot be checked, there fore they cannot dial 8 and any 5 exchanges. What am I missing? When I try to build an 85 destination code, I get an error sayiing invalid input parameter.

It can't be a park code or hunt group.

turns out it was because one of their target lines received digits began with "85".
