i have a bcm450 running CC it has suddenly started asking for a username & password before i can view my reports then comes back with an error unable to connect to DSNORTEL please help

Sounds as if the PC is asking for the BCM username and password.
Try inserting that to see if you get past this stage.
If you are using IE7 and browsing to the bcm web page you would normally expect to log in with this to access the bcm software downloads and guides.

Hi thanks for the reply but i tried this along with the server password and nortel defaults. the page is the normal reports viewing page with the option to view raw data in the top left but there is a username and password box ?????
