Guy's when I need to record the Greetings for the auto AA and CCR when I try to dial my number (longDistance) all I get this is an invalid number , I have looked every where to change this so I can dial my long distance number , I know its a setting but cant find it ....What am I missing ?

Is the long distance number in the system and your trying to call the system or you can't dial out of the system to a LD number.
Record calling in?

Yes I'm login through EM then while in the callpilot i dial my phone Long distance and it wont let me dial an out side line or you have dialed an invalid number .
