Hi All, I have been asked to spec a BCM450 with 64 users all with voicemail and a 20 seat contact centre. When closed the system takes about 550 calls into voicemail with 4 users accessing these messages. A BCM400 has 32 channels of CalllPilot available but from what I have read the BCM450 only has 10 channels does anyone know if this can be increased?
