All calls are answered by the AA. When I call from my cell to the main number, and enter my extension, I get "WIRELESS CALLER". When I call my DID, I get my caller ID info. All sets in the BCM are set to Number not Name.

Is the AA answering before 2 rings?
Caller ID comes after the 1.5 rings cadence... maybe the AA is answering too fast?

I agree with YnotPhone.
If I don't set it to 2 rings on Copper trunks the CLID is not received when answered. On a PRI, CLID is immediate on DID or DNIS calls.

You can lead a horse to water but you can make glue out of him too.

PRI. But.........I have Verizon Wireless, and someone with AT&T wireless the name comes through everytime, thru the AA OR the DID.

doesn't make sense that one carrier would work and one wouldn't, but I set it to 1 ring and it now works.
