I have a bcm450 with contact centre and 40 agents.
Intermittently they have problems logging out.
The log out button(f904)led stays lit after following the logout process.
The Rcc agent live stats show the agent on intercom call...phone is not in use
The cc in EM shows the agent "logout Pending" state
You cant force log out.
The phones are bst 7208 with headsets.
buttons programmed with f904,f908.
after at least 5 minutes waiting the phone logs out
as if something is holding it up.
There are plenty of resources as a CEC card is fitted.
this is intermittent and not always the same people.
all the latest patches applied except the new CTI patch which i have only received.
Any ideas
