hello to all.could you help me with this one please.

i already recorded a voice message in my greeting table.assigned it in my LINES (DID) but when i dialle the calling number..the greeting is prompted first by this message "the number you dial is busy" then follwed by my customized greeting..i dont know what seems to be the problem.
 
Did you record a company greeting.
Assign it to a greeting table -Morn afternoon evening non bussiness.
Line assigment tell line number to answer AA- greeting table
# and number of rings?
 
yes i;ve already done that.

i assigned all of my DID lines from lines 09-38 in table/skillset 1 and the number of rings in 0.

now when i dialled the calling number..the message first promted with the message "the number you dial is busy" then follwed by the message/greetings i nhve recorded.
 
I think you need to assign your target lines not the DID lines. Watch system status monitor and see which target line the call comes in on.
 
yeah that recorded message is your telco not the bcm. That points to config mis-match between your bcm and the telco.
