BCM450 and Otion11C Integration

Hello ...

I have a customer have Option11c and BCM450 connected via PRI, all is working and fine.
I have configured new CCR on BCM450, and as you know on the first Message statement tell the customer " if you know the Extension number please dial it now ".
now, when the callee enter the number on option11c the message replay from callpilot "an invalid extension"

what must we do in either BCM450 or option11c to satisfy the customer need and solve this issues ?
 
Well I would probably post in the Option 11 forum since its Option 11 issue.
I would check for Target line assignment in the Option as it needs to receive the digits dialed.

The Problem is still exists.

Use the BCM Monitor to see what is being sent by the Option 11. Need to make sure that the number that is being sent to the BCM is a live extension and that there is a target line configured to direct the call.

On the BCM Monitor, when dialing the Option11c Extn. the call appears on moniter still exists on BCM Callpilot Extension.
The case is not number sent to BCM is number sent to option11c, and yes the number dialed on option11c is live extension and on BCM there is a target line configured.
Is there a target line must be configured on option11c side ?

On the option 11 system, check your CDP entry and also try and enter "#" after the extension number has been dialed.

What should we check on the CDP entry, also I try enter # after the extension number has been dialed but the problem still exists.

It might be best to get a tech in to look at both your BCM and option 11 configuration.

We need more information such as numbers dialed etc. The problem could be either on the Option 11 or on the BCM system.

The Voicemail system is BCM Callpilot, when dialing from BCM to Option we use Access code 8.
We dont have a problem locally, the problems just when using callpilot, and when try and enter the option extn number, when using BCM Monitor, the digit dialed not sent the call stay on the callpilot system and the message replay " you have entered an invalid extension"
