I have a customer have Option11c and BCM450 connected via PRI, all is working and fine.
I have configured new CCR on BCM450, and as you know on the first Message statement tell the customer " if you know the Extension number please dial it now ".
now, when the callee enter the number on option11c the message replay from callpilot "an invalid extension"
what must we do in either BCM450 or option11c to satisfy the customer need and solve this issues ?
