Good Afternoon,
I would normally look this up myself, but I do not have the CD for the BCM450 and the client wants answers in the morning.
I installed a BCM450 5.0 (replacing a BCM400 3.7) and I used the DMM tool and it worked great. I confirmed the CDR records are being pushed daily as before, however I was using Norstar instead of SL-1. We changed the format, and the customers 3rd party software is now getting the correct info. I had enabled the delete after successful push, but now I need to find the old records from a few weeks back. So..here's my questions.
1. Can I telnet into the BCM450 5.0 like the BCM400 3.7?
2. If so, where do you enable that feature? (Can't find it)
3. Are the CDR records still stored in the D: partition of the hardrive?
Any assistance would be much appreciated!!
