Hi,

I've contacted BT regarding our BCM450 as I wanted to purchase a license for 2050 ip software so that we can use with one of our users who has hearing implants. After speaking with BT local business and BT BCM support both say that its impossible to purchase a license and also (if I did get one), impossible to add to the system as its no longer supported. Can someone give me any advice or help on whether its possible to actually buy a license and whether it will actually allow me to add to the BCM. I find it very hard to believe that this is not possible.

Many thanks in advance,

John

Licenses can still be applied via the Avaya KRS access using an authcode. There are a number of reseller's in the UK that should still be able to offer the service. You don't need to go via BT.

Thanks very much for your reply. I did think they were talking our of their asses. Can you recommend any decent resellers to use for BCM450 related licenses?
