BCM400 Restrict ext. from receiving calls

I have BCM400 with a PRI what is the best way to Restrict calls to an EXT Break Room phone they want out bound but but want incomming calls stopped , I removed the Target line but that cuts it both way's . Thanks in advance

You should still be able to dial out even if you removed the target line. Just don't remove the line pool access from the set.

What about putting the phone on DND? You want to restrict incoming calls right?
