i'm having problem with my bcm,
this morning, we can't dial out to any number, but internal extensions work. we can receive incoming calls, so i rebooted the BCM, then everything worked again. After a couple minutes later, we can still dial out, but when people dial in, there's no auto attendant anymore, it just keeps ringing and as soon as they hang up, there's a 61-3-2 alarm. Other alarms I saw were 372-0 and 51-3. Outside callers can still dial the DID numbers to the users, but when outside callers call the main line it just rings and rings.
we've rebooted again and same symptoms.
on the front of the BCM400 4.0 linux box
the Feature (nortel symbol) light is not on.
does anyone know what this light means and does anyone know what's going on with our system?
