It's been going on for months. Every 2 weeks or so, our external lines would go down for 1-20mins. Sometimes, it comes back right away and goes down again.
All the internal extensions are fine. We can call each other just fine. We can't call out or receive any calls from the outside.
I'm thinking its the phone company's problem, their smartjack or lines are somehow messing up every two weeks or so.
