BCM400 - OUTBOUND FAX from DESKTOP 1

Hello, I have a BCM400 with unified messaging installed and working properly.
Last week we installed the FAX Suite Try and buy codes to test drive.
I have the inbound FAX to desktop (call pilot) working.
The nortel FAX was added as an available printer.
When printing to the Nortel FAX, it does not seem to locate an outbound line to dial out of the system.
We have 1 PRI. Everyone dials 9 to dial out the PRI.
Pool access is se to 1 in the Mailbox. I must be missing something and the guide does not explain FAX from Desktop.
Please help.
 
Set pool aceess to ROUTE because you are using des codes to dial out
 
I have set my mailbox to ROUTE and it still does dial out.

 
are you adding a 9 in front of every fax number ?

If its not broke tweak it..

All i get is postmaster unable to deliver messages in "Call Pilot" inbox using unified messaging.
 
It is working now! The ROUTE is the key to this puzzle. THANK YOU all for your input.
No afew other questions kinda related...
1. Do we have to have LAN CTI to FAX using Outlook?
2. Do I need the IP keycodes also?
3. Does the LAN /CTI utilize DDE
4. Inbound calls with caller id can we open up an a application and search for the number and pop up on screen?
 
Did you give the voicemail DNs access to the line pool they are supposed to be dialling out from ?
