I currently have a BCM400 with an off premises extension that terminates onto a line of a BCM50.
I can dial into the LDN of the BCM400, (dial the OPX of the BCM50) and call is answered via the AA and I am able to dial the internal extension fo the BCM50 - no problem.
But when an extension user on the BCM400 dial the same extension number it is answered in the same manner BUT he/she is not able to dial the internal extension of the BCM50
Would there be a dialing issue on the BCM400 that prevents more additional digits from being dialed?
