Have a BCM450 Rls 6.0 that the customer migrated from a BCM400 with two PRI's, one set to Primary clocking and the other set to Secondary clocking.

Everything looks good in programming, however the PRI's keep dropping. In the Alarm log it shows: Core Telephony - "Remote Alarm Indication" long term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM.

When they were on the BCM400 there was never an issue with either PRI's.

I was going to start with applying the latest patch (none have been applied yet).

Thoughts?

Note: The second PRI is in an expansion cabinet on bus 50.1, this was needed due to how the migration tool configured the DNs, utilizing three slots in the main cabinet for 3ea DSM32+.

Disregard. New PRI which never really worked on the BCM400. Turns out to be a bad connection installed my provider.
