Hello I have a BCM400 4.0.2.03, I was reviewing the logs and I found this:

Core Telephony - "Errored Second"short term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM. The module is in a no-new-calls state.

Core Telephony - "Degraded Minute"short term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM. The module is in a no-new-calls state.

Core Telephony - "Errored Second"short term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM. The module is in a no-new-calls state.

Core Telephony - "Degraded Minute"short term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM. The module is in a no-new-calls state.

Core Telephony - Digital trunking clock in free run.

Core Telephony - "Severely Errored Second"short term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM. The module is in a no-new-calls state.

Core Telephony - "Errored Second"short term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM. The module is in a no-new-calls state.

Core Telephony - "Loss of Frame" short term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM. The module is in a no-new-calls state.

It happens every 2 or 3 days, any thought ?

Your T1 or PRI is acting up. Check with your provider. What time of day do these alarms occur? Are the users unable to place a call?

 
Thanks for reply jsaad they occur during the day, I haven't notice this impact my incoming or outgoing calls, but the reason why I checked the logs is because a voice degradation I have been experiencing during the day. A technician from ATT told me to do a simple test between two phones: say numbers like " 1 2 3 4 ...." the result was that the other person who is hearing is missing some numbers in the counting, any suggestion ?
