I have several remote agents, I need to disconnect their phones and permanently forward their DID's to external long distance numbers and the PRI requires account codes.
I go to the target line Trk/Line data and enter in the field "redirect to: 915555555555F78F781234"
This dial string works when I use feature 4 to forward, but does not as a line redirect.
Any ideas?
