I have a BCM400 that I inherited. I am working with Qwest Technicians to get the system online but so far it's been a little frustrating.
They are the Nortel partner, so I have no direct access to nortel help to sort of help the process along.
We can log in as ee_admin to the console, but Apache will not start on the machine. Since apache won't start we can't get into web management to configure the switch.
I don't have the keycodes for the switch. The technician has told me that you can back those up, but only through the web console. I'm wondering if there's a command line way of retrieving the keycode(s) through the console.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Mike
