BCM400 dynamic SIP endpoint

CS1000 rls 5.5 with stand alone NRS. I can get my BCM400 rls 4.0 to register as a RAS h323 endpoint but cannot get it to register as a dynamic SIP endpoint. I have other CS1000 sites and also even have Quintum gateways registered as dynamic SIP endpoints but the BCM400 never registers.

any ideas will be helpful

This is because BCM does not support SIP dynamic registration? only static.
