We just opened a small office and a BCM400 was set up. I was given basic documentation but nothing that gives me details on how to set up a new phone, copy an existing one, how class of service restrictions are programmed, etc. Does anyone have a link to detailed documentation? The ones I've found online don't seem to have what I'm looking for.
