Hi Experts. I have a BCM400 and I know we programmed the CCR routing to transfer properly to the telephones because I've done it a zillion times, however, when a callers presses a number they hear "That command is not recognized." What would cause this?? Thank you

i have a nortel option 11c last week we had a power outage and when everything came back up i had lost my 4 digit dialing. my branches can use the 4 digit to call us and between each other, but we can call them using 4 digit dialing, using the 8xxx just dont work anymore. got any answers

Is the CCR tree enabled?
What options do you have programmed in your CCR?

Yes the tree is enabled. We have the home menu which plays fine, a menu off the home when you press 1 and it is fine but when you press any of the transfer nodes off of the press 1 menu you get 'this command is not recognized. All of the transfers are intercom with the intercom numbers. I verified that the transfer button was selected from the options below the press 1 menu node. Assistance would be appreciated. Thank you

are you sure you have added the options to the correct menu.

Main home menu should be like this:

1 for pressing 1
2 for pressing 2 etc

if you have a menu of option 1

1 menu
.1 transfer extn no
.2 transfer extn no
2 Transfer extn no
