BCM400 Application to see status of other DNs

Is there an application for the BCM 400 (4.0.2.03) that allows someone to see a list of other DNs and if they're currently on the phone or not?

BCM monitor will show the out/incoming trunk calls, but will not show internal calls.

There is a Nortel Developer Partner that has released a Console phone that works in conjunction with a phone. It requires a LAN CTE license but it shows when someones phone is ringing, when they are active on a call and when they are on DND.

Cool .. I've been playing with their VCM client/server .. looks like most of what we'd need. Nortel doesn't provide anything like this with the BCM?

Great idea CTCINY, I had a customer who used Console.net, so that a Recpt. in Tustin could see everyone on the tels in San Diego, and San Francisco. All were BCM 400 at 3.7. Plus, it will do CDR for you as well.

BCM monitor will show if an IP set is on a call or not. If they're digital sets, then the Convertec product as suggested would show you the info.

or-if not already- make the receptionists phone a CAP and add expansion modules and assign the auto dials to the buttons. Doing so will show if a phone is :, busy, call forwarded, DND
