I posted this issue in the wrong forum. I apologize for the goof up.

Basically a client ordered LANCTE authorization & is having this problem:

Per the client: "the issue with LANCTE, I’ve updated the key codes and they are available in the BCM. The issue is when we download the drivers for TSP and Tapi interface from the BCM, install them on a windows 7 64bit they will not work. What’s needed here is update TAPI and TSP drivers for the Windows 7 64bit OS."

They are currently using a BCM400 r4.0, trying to install a 4 seat license LAN CTE

Is there a patch available / required to make this fly or documentation stating it won't? Need some direction here. Any help at this point is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Support for the 400 has finished now. I'm guessing that you have already installed the System 034 and desktop 020 patches?.

A read of the desktop 020 readme file indicates that the last update is at lan-cte-client 7.11.09.10

However, a look at the System 034 file shows that it's updated to cte 7.11.10.10.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

We have had a lot of issues with the BCM and Windows 7. You pretty much need to open up all permissions for the user.

Last question guys - Can anyone recommend an OS that would definitely work for him? Bascially if this boils down to a Windows 7 64bit issue then I have no problem telling them to use a different, bulletproof OS.
Thanks again in advance.
