BCM400 All call ring once on attandants phone 1

Hi!

I'm relatively new to BCM, but learning fast.
I've just managed to set up a CCR tree and greeting table, and activated the auto attendant.

Since doing this though, all calls now ring once on the attandants extension before diverting elsewhere, or coming back to the attendant, which as you can imagine is a little distracting - she's constantly having to watch the phone to see what happens to the calls.

Can anyone help!

Do you want the phone to ring or go straight to the CCR?

As for calls ringing back to the attendant you need to adjust your DRT to prime setting.

Sounds like calls are ringing straight to CCR now. Turn the operator's ringing assignments off in active sets. Callers that press "0" when greeted by CCR will ring the operator. Set the line's prime to the voicemail DN.

In otherwords...
If you tell AA to answer then make the lines Appear Only at reception instead of Appear and Ring.

The lines give a half ring at reception because AA quickly overrides and answers the call.
