I moved around a few telephone sets which involved 1-2 DN changes. The issue is 223 when a call is sent to voicemail for 223 it gets the general delivery mailbox. No calls go to 223 mailbox. I reset the mailbox, I re set the set still same issue ??? port 331 on system. Will a system reboot clear it ???
 

If you did initialize mailbox 223, restart the voicemail service.It will refresh the DN Table in the call pilot.That happens sometimes when you change dn's.

 
What is the best process to re start the voicemail service ??
 
I went in today to drop off a set and look at this issue a bit closer...

I noticed that 223 is not acknowledging a mailbox so it says log so it is not recognizing it has a mailbox. So should I reboot the BCM system ????
