Customer needs to have multiple target lines on three sets, each target line needs multiple appearances on each phone. Problem is that on x221 I have target line 241 appearance of 6 and can only have one appearance of 242, 243, 244. On x222 I can have six appearances of TG 242 and only one of the rest. Any Idea how I can have 6 appearances of each target line on all sets??

not sure I posted this correctly. first this is a bcm200 not 300.
what I have is three phones with the need to have multiple calls ringing in on each. currently the three sets have six intercom paths and the target lines are ring only. when call 1 comes in and it is answered, the problem comes when the second call comes in it will not ring the phone that has the answered call but rather rings the other two sets. the customer neds to be able to answer multiple calls on one phone. now, to try to fix this target lines changed to appear and ring and multiple appearances set to the phone. I can only assign one target line with more than one appearance. the other target lines only allow one each. hope that clears it up. thanks for the input, all is appreciated.

Take DND on busy off (in capabilites) to allow multiple calls to ring the same phone,
If target lines are ring only then you should receive as many cals as there is intercom appearances.
I usually prefer to set the target lines to appear and ring with 6 appearances and leave the intercom to default 2 appearances.

DND not set. that's the problem. I am only having difficulty with this on this 3.6 and have had a similar issue on another 3.6 bcm. really what I am wondering is if any one knows of issues with this release or corrupt patches. this one is current on the patches. to me it seems like something has been corrupted. I can set this up on any other release bcm or norstar system with no problem.

Multiple appearances of target lines work like MCR keys on a Meridian. Once that line has been answered at a particular set, that line will no longer ring at that set if there are idle appearances of that line on another set.
You may want to research SWCA keys for this application.
