BCM200 telset

I am trying to move a line key on a phone using F*81 and I keep getting Access denied. Does this only work on a BCM50? If so how do you move a line key on a BCM200?

it's either f81 or f82. no *. works on both systems

To move a line is Feature *81. Just used it and tested again here in my office.

Make sure the set is not LOCKED under set restrictions.

Access denied means somebody is in programming and did not release. Check all the phones or Unified or element managers.
