BCM200 SRG Boot errors??

I'm guessing the errors below are not normal??? The BCM eventually "boots up", based on the LED status. Can't login via EM or console. Local BCM telephony resources seem to be fine... Bad hard drive????

As you are collecting the data via the serial port, I think there is an option to carry out a disk check after a few seconds with the power on.

It might be worth trying to see if you can give it a go, and if it works to get a back up done and reimage or replace the hard drive.
