We have a BCM200 and we are 100% positive that we know it's IP address. However, we are unable to get a response from this address. We can't access the internal webpage, we can't access it through the Elements Manager, and we are unable to ping it. This phone system was replaced and powered off for a couple of months but before that it was working fine. Any suggestions on what to do?

Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure what the correct name of each LED is so I've attached a picture and included a link to the picture. There are six LED's flashing green. Starting from the Nortel logo and going left to the NIC 2 LED.

The system appears to boot and I have dial tone but I have no way of managing the system.

OK i see the hard drive led also is flashing so there is activity. How long is the system up and running?
maybe the system is performing a core upload.

Can you access the OAM port?

It is a BCM200 there is no dedicated OAM port, he should access lan1 or lan2 depending his setup, both should bring the web portal.

Thanks for all of the help. We hooked up a monitor to the VGA port and after watching it boot determined that it has a bad hard drive.
