BCM200, Error 53005

Background:
Did an upgrade from 3.5 > 3.7 > 4.0 , this worked fine.
After that we discovered that we had a faulty Basic Tray with leaky capacitors and a not hardend MSC-card. This was found because several services was going up and dow all the time. Required new Basic tray and MSC, tried to follow Nortels papers on how to do a MSC swap, this wasn't possible since the system wouldn't start without a MSC-card.
With new Basic tray and MSC card inserted the services still go up and down, mostly I get:
Error 53005 Mgs:: Shutting down due to MPS communication failure.

Any suggestions on what to do ?

Try just replacing the BFT first to see if that works.

If the system now work with the new BFT, then change the MSC and then if that works then get new Keycodes for the MSC.

Iv'e done that.

It's actually the same scenario, >error 53005. I seems that a lot of services are stopped, when you look in service manager.You can't access the majority of the telephony features using Element manager. You can't do a Cold restart of telephony becuse it tells you that it is restarting , try again in 5 minutes., I've tried to telenet into BCM200 - it cant connect with Telnet. I've tried using the serial port - nothing happens.

Can you access though the Serial port?

Yes, but I only get Quick Configuration when I log in.
Here you basicly can do nothing.
I need the Main menu, but I can't see it.
So basicly I'm stuck at the moment.
I will try to get new hardware to see if the Advance Replacement parts from Nortel was faulty. This is all that can be done at the moment. Once again, thanks for trying to help. Cheers.
