BCM200 Backup Restore Utility 1

I am having a problem doing a backup of a BCM200 3.6. When I attempt to do the backup I keep getting a message that the network path cannot be found. The folder I am trying to back up to is shared and I can browse to it on my network with no problem. Any ideas....thanks!??

Make sure that your type = REMOTE
Logical Name = (e.g.) BCM_BACKUP
Location = (e.g.) \\192.168.1.2\BCM
(Or Computer Name and shared folder)
User Name = Companies Domain and your login account (e.g.) mcdonalds\administrator

The shared folder must be ticked to allow full access for your login account access above.
