BCM200 3.7 NT locks up every 2 weeks

Cannot get to the bottom of this one i have a BCM200 running 3.7 its fully patched up but i keep loosing the NT services every 2 weeks or so the system needs a reboot i cannot even ping the unit, i have checked the BFT codes and the for the hardened MSC, its running Advance call center RCC and IPtrunks to a BCM50 any ideas
 
Look at the 5 Caps right and the fold in the ribbon cable, thse are the one's that leak.
 
Blue caps are good caps.

Running a universal profile won't cause you to lose any data. I'm not sure what it will resolve though. Typically you only need to do that when changing hardware configurations (such as adding a WAN card to a system).

How many ports of voicemail are active, and how many IP trunks are you running?
 
8 voip trunks soon to be 12 not sure on the vm need to check
 
Resources shouldn't be a problem - the fact that the whole OS falls flat on it's face makes me suspect flaky memory, or even a flaky DIMM slot on the system board. I've seen both cause problems. Only real way to tell is see if you have entries in the logs that say something along the lines of "rebooted from bugcheck" or something like that.

If you have the chance, you might try moving the memory to the other slot on the system board - it's a longshot, unless you have a piece of known good 256MB PC 133 memory laying around. If so, might be worth a shot to replace the memory.
 
One of those CAPS near the ribbon cable looks a bit bulged out the top in that photo.

Maybe Nortel will replace the BFT on spec if you tell them that one is bulged.

Just an update i replaced the BFT and DTM module 3 weeks ago and its been stable since fingers crossed
