BCM1000 v3.6 Issue with Single Incoming Line

We have a BCM1000 which has multiple incoming lines, but there is one troublesome incoming line which always skips the operator and ends up ringing like 12 times and then forcing the caller into the automated system. Where and how would I go about finding the problem in the BCM and what could I do to fix it? Sorry but I am still learning the BCM and tend to need help.

First u need to know the line number. Once u know that then u need to check the programming for that line. Sounds like u didn't assign it to ring the operator phone.
