Hi
We've been experiencing problems with our Nortel BCM1000 system for some time, but yesterday it was dropping calls a little too regularly.
We ended up pulling the system out of the cabinet ready for an engineer (who is yet to show), and while we were at it decided to Spinrite the disk, which picked up a number of errors. Anyway, it went back on and seemed ok, until I tried to put the lid on (!) when it cut everyone off and refused to come back on. It would appear that there is a loose connection somewhere, possibly in the modules on the front (2 extension modules and 1 ethernet).
It is working at the moment but it's very touch and go and we're concerned it will go off and not come back on. Is it worth investigating putting new modules in?
Thanks
