I have a BCM50 3 tying to long on to the call pilot thru the elements manager the user name an password or not working voicemailadmin pw PlsChgMe! I can log thru the phone Feature 983, user = setnna, pass = config.

Do you logon to the BCM with the same credentials?
If not, use the details you logon to the BCM with.

so the vm is the same password as the bcm? long in as ui
nnadmin or voicemailadmin the the same password i gave the bcm?

Yes the voicemail browser screen prompt uses the same username and password as the main BEM screen.(business element manager)nnadmin & your password.

If you have set up a different account username and password the use them instead if the default one has been changed.
its also the same username and password for the bcm monitor.

As long as your login ID has permission to access the vmail via EM. It could be denied if the profile doesn't have full admin rights.

Not sure if you have resolved this, but have you tried logging into Feature 9*8, ID: nnadmin Pswd: PlsChgMe!.

This is by memory but using your display keys press next and you will see Accounts and press Chg, I think, then press next until you see "738862" then press the middle key which I think is "CRT" to create the account.

Now from that callpilot login screen, try ID: voicemailadmin
Pswd: PlsChgMe!.
